I had got into the habit of being too busy to eat
breakfast, missing meals then eating crisps and pastries. After my first session I took back control of my
eating habits and started exercising and lost 10lbs by my second session!
added bonus was that I found the sessions extremely relaxing and they gave me the confidence to address other
issues which were getting in the way of my success. Thanks again for your help – I still have a
way to go in terms of actual weight loss but feel about 3 stones lighter mentally!"
