She then decided to tackle her weight too! Louise had two weightloss sessions with Julie and a week later started her "diary" . . .
"I was just dropping you a line to let you know how I am getting on this week. I have noticed a lot of unconscious changes. e.g. I keep forgetting to drink tea and coffee!!! I am drinking loads of water and eating healthily. I am getting into the swing of planning my meals. I am buying fruit and veg and eating it every day. I really feel like I am eating more than I used to!!
"I have got myself a Bodyline card and a bike. These past weeks I have been to the gym, swimming and to Aerobics and on a 2-hour bike ride which I have really enjoyed. I have not weighed myself - I will do that next Wednesday."
The following week, 14th June Louise wrote:
"Hi Julie,
I have lost 4lbs this week!!! Which means in total I have lost 6lbs in 4 weeks. I am still on with the exercise - which is good because it means I can have the odd piece of chocolate!"
